Hygiene needs attention!!! Check-in process feels disorganized!!! Noise levels can be quite disruptive!!!

The room was lovely and spacious, and we appreciated how clean everything was. The entertainment was fun and engaging! The location is perfect, right on the seafront, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the beach. We had a great little getaway that was much needed.

The lobby displayed elegant marble floors, giving a good first impression, but the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The staff at reception were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth.

I had a lovely sea view room which was a bonus when i woke up each morning. The pool and sauna were fantastic, really nice ambiance to unwind after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but all in all, I found it acceptable.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious room with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast buffet was diverse, offering a variety of freshly cooked options that set a great tone for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our time there. the check-in process could use some improvement as it took longer than expected.

I really enjoyed my stay, as the hotel is only a short 500-meter walk to the buzzing blackpool beach and just a bit less than 2 km from the iconic blackpool tower, making it super easy to enjoy leisurely walks along the seafront and discover the city's famous landmarks. it's perfect for anyone who loves strolling through vibrant city streets and beautiful parks.

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

The air conditioning in our room was quite ineffective, leaving us uncomfortable at night.

The lounge area was splendid, offering ample seating and a lovely view perfect for afternoon tea with friends. The accessibility features made it so easy for us seniors to navigate comfortably throughout the hotel.

Had a comfortable stay with helpful staff. The room was basic but cozy. Enjoyed the electronic key feature and appreciated the cleanliness in common areas. Dining options were decent, with the restaurant serving good meals. A suggestion , request a quiet room to enhance your experience.

Big family room with great sea view. Wifi didn’t work well. Pool area was nice. Restaurant menu limited and not appealing. Nearby golf course was convenient. Staff friendly but often absent when needed.

The room was spacious and had an amazing sea view. It was clean, and we turned the heating up, which kept it warm all night. The beds were comfy enough for a decent night's sleep. Just wish the noise from outside was a bit less—could hear the wind swirling at night. it was pretty good!

the lift was handy but confusing to navigate. after asking for an upgrade, we got a room on a higher floor which was way better! i could open a window and enjoy some fresh air. the view was ok too, and it was a comfy stay overall.

the directions around the hotel were a bit of a mess and check-in took forever. also, the mattress was super hard and noisy every time we moved.

my stay at grand hotel was incredible! the staff were amazing, especially emma and her team who made us feel welcomed from the start. the indoor pool and gym facilities were top-notch, and if you forget your swimsuit, you can buy one at the reception. we will definitely be back!
